Directions:
Heat the pan containing 4 tablespoons of butter over medium high heat.
Then add bell pepper, mushrooms, celery, garlic, onion and wine, stir gently nd cook for about 10 minutes
Then pour flour, cream and milk, stir perfectly and cook for about 6 minutes.
Add lemon juice, salt, pepper, mustard powder, scallops, lobster meat and haddock.
Stir properly, remove the heat and move to a pan that fits right into the air fryer.
Mix the rest of the butter with bread crumbs, paprika and cheese in bowl and sprinkle over seafood mix.
Move the pan to the air fryer and cook at a temperature of 360 degrees F for 16 minutes.
Divide into different plates
Serve with parsley sprinkled as toppings.
